On October 18, 2022, at Bishop’s Tavern, Marble Mountain, NL Workforce Innovation Centre (NLWIC) hosted a panel session + networking event in collaboration with techNL Innovation Week 2022, College of the North Atlantic (CNA), MUN-Grenfell Campus, the Centre for Research & Innovation, and Navigate Entrepreneurship Centre during BDC Small Business Week: Tech. Workforce Innovation. Western NL. Connecting the Dots.
We heard from experts in workforce development, innovation, startup development and the tech sector in Newfoundland and Labrador. We participated in Q&A, exchanged ideas and discussed opportunities to expand the workforce in the region. We engaged with employers, job seekers, training providers, startup advisors, students and other stakeholders in the community.
